Freedom with room layouts
With this savvy console, Smart Doc can now be located as far away from the displays as 15 meters. The flexibility is there for you to arrange your Skype room layout with SmartDoc Flex. You can mount the display on the wall, route the 15 meters CAT6 under tables, above ceilings or through a conduit - with meeting participants comfortably positioned around the table with SmartDoc Flex within easy reach.
AV passthrough functionality
The SmartDoc Flex console ensures the switch between video conferencing apps is easy and requires no additional configuration. Due to the AV passthrough technology, participants may join any meeting on their notebooks and connect to SmartDoc Flex - be it Cisco WebEx, Zoom, BlueJeans or other major webinar service. Skype for business configuration will remain intact, allowing only temporary access to the rooms AV equipment to a meeting service of choice.
Cables retained and stress relieved
Proper functioning of any device is the default expectation by any buyer, but resistance to wear and tear is the privilege of a producer who cares about longevity of the product and reputation. This is why Logitech team took extra efforts to make sure the multiple cables within CAT6 have proper sturdy retention and strain relief mechanisms.
