How We Help Our Clients

Video Connections provides the client with all the needed computer, video camera and microphone equipment. 

Video Connections assists the client in booking a date and time for the call, setting up the connection and assisting the client with the video call. 

We can provide the destination computer with setup assistance, if needed, at a nominal fee of $20. 

What the Destination Computer Needs

You will need a free Skype account which can easily be set up at www.skype.com . 

After that, all you need is:

      1.     A PC or MAC computer

      2.     An internet connection (broadband is best)

      3.     A webcam with built in microphone to make video calls (we can help you with suggestions of what to buy, if you need it). 

When the destination computer is ready to go, contact us to schedule a booking at Info@Video-Connect.com or call (803) 831-9974. 

Once the booking is scheduled, just pre-pay for the call with a credit card.  Go to Video Call Checkout to make your payment.

It's as easy at that!  We keep it as simple as possible so you can enjoy visiting with loved ones and stay in touch.
